Inspiring People

In the eyes of my most loved book characters the world seems so simple and sweet. Every smell, every touch and every word is thought of and cherished. As i sit here writing this, i start to see the world around me as she does. The sweet sound of silence surrounds me with a wave of beauty. With every day that passes i start to believe in what she says. The world we live in has so much to give but isn't always seen. All of the small things are then lost and are hard to find again. But it is in all of us, the special gift to be able to find ones simple joys. So that life doesn't seem so unforgivable and unkind. If each one of us could do that, the world we live in could become a place, people only thought possible in their dreams. The character I was thinking of was Anne from Anne of Green gables. She saw life with such grace that she inspires me do to the same each day.

How beautifully written my sweet girl. You know I think it is so important to value all the small details in life...One of the many things I love about you... I hope every day all those beautiful sweet details brings you heaps of joy, like the joy you bring to me just being in my life....Mums are so lucky to watch your first little smile, the way you sleep so peacefully, loads of giggles when friends are over and more recently a special joy that only you could know... I love you....

dear kirstie,
so sorry for the deleted post, I wrote about your bedroom reading corner here rather than whre it should be.
You know Anne Shirley is one of my very favorite people to read about.
Katie * I had the whole movie series playing all through her growing up time until we knew it by heart.
things like "Tattling toadies"-with a proper English accent...there is much to be "seen" with the heart and the soul as well as your eye, drink it all in!
